Gentlemen guests We really regret for having inadvertently procured discomfort and consequently having created an unpleasant souvenir of your honey moon.If environments rendered superb polychrome marbles used in ancient Rome to give these gentlemen a sense of "deep" is a problem of their personal sensitivity, but not the hotel. We remember very well of you, despite our willingness and professionalism, we are not, however, managed to create a proper feeling to make you enjoy your stay in Rome. The room assigned to you n 528 corresponds to a superior room. Although this was not to your liking (even though there was never requested a change of room)so I'm here as responsible for hotel managers to urge you once more for our guests, so that they can fully satisfy your needs for a truly memorable stay at the hotel Turner, who despite occasional traveler dissatisfaction, it remains a hotel, which revives an amazing throwback to the style and attention to detail Gentili Signori ospiti siamo davvero rammaricati per avervi involontariamente procurato disagio e conseguentemente avervi creato uno spiacevole ricordo del vostro viaggio di nozze.Se ambienti resi superbi da marmi policromi usati anche nell’antica Roma danno ai detti signori la sensazione del “cupo”, è un problema della loro sensibilità personale, ma non dell’albergo. Ci ricordiamo molto bene di voi , malgrado la nostra disponibilità e professionalità, non siamo, tuttavia, riusciti a creare una adeguato feeling per rendere piacevole il vostro soggiorno romano. La camera assegnatavi n 528 corrisponde a una camera superior. Malgrado questo, non è stata di vostro gradimento (anche se non ci è mai stato chiesto un cambio di camera) perciò, sono qui come responsabile manager hotel ad invitarvi di nuovo ad essere nostri graditi ospiti, in modo tale da poter soddisfare in modo completo le vostre esigenze, per un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile all'hotel TURNER , che malgrado qualche sporadico viaggiatore scontento, rimane un hotel di classe, che fa rivivere uno straordinario ritorno al passato per lo stile e la cura dei particolari Eliana Hotel Manager
