Salone del Gusto & Terra Madre
If you like food, good cuisine and conviviality in the name of sustainable food and environmental protection, don't miss the Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre. Two simultaneous spectacular events with craftsmen, farmers, top chefs, university professors and food and wine critics. A great way to compare and celebrate food focusing on the "humanity" involved in its production.

MITO SettembreMusica
This event is dedicated to music in all it forms. Held in Turin and Milan, it was designed to strengthen the ties between these two great cities. The line-up includes all types of modern music (classical, ethnic, jazz, pop, rock, etc) with performances by large orchestras and internationally acclaimed artists. More than 200 concerts and over 100 venues, some even unusual, like churches, cloisters, courtyards, universities and museums.

International Book Fair
The Lingotto hosts one of Turin's legendary cultural events in May. The Book Fair is an event that attracts 300,000 visitors in four pavilions displaying the works of over 1,300 publishing houses. A celebration of culture with meetings and events in the magnificent former FIAT factory settings.

Turin Film Festival
The first edition was held in 1982 and is now considered one of the most important Italian cultural events. It is reserved to emerging artists' works (films and documentaries - generally their first, second or third film, and focuses on new national and international trends. Many new talents were recently "discovered" thanks to Turin's glorious film festival.

Music, music and more music! In the magnificent Reggia di Venaria Reale gardens, Traffic makes you dance and sing with its excellent music, electronic rock and new emerging artists. Without overlooking international talents like former guest stars Paul Weller, Iggy Pop and Nick Cave. An opportunity not to be missed!

St. John's Day
Saint John's Day brings the streets of Turin alive in June with spectacular events all week long. Entertainment for children, sports, games, concerts and much more. The celebrations culminate on the last night over the Po river with an enormous bonfire and breath-taking fireworks.

Turin Comics - Comics Expo
A must for all avid comics readers and anyone who still has a comics hero. Events and meetings with the sector's leading artists and players. The area reserved to the vast and stimulating world of video games is worth noting.
